As you recall, we pointed out that Lassco has an interchangeable die system that can be used on both their tabletop and standalone machines. You can also use their dies on their electric and pneumatic machines as well. Akiles makes some very good electric machines that enable you to cut stacks of paper at a time. The electric machines allow you to cut bigger stacks and process more material quickly than a manual.

Lassco CR-50P Electric Corner Rounding Machine (CR-50P)
The Lassco CR-50P is an electric standalone round corner cutter. It has 13 available cutting dies you can use. It can help process small stacks at 30 strokes per minute. You stand up at the cutting machine and use a foot pedal to activate the cutting die.
Lassco CR-50XP PneumaticCorner Rounder (CR-50XP)
The Lassco CR-50XP round corner cutter can be hooked up to your print shop air compressor. It works much the same way as the CR-50P. The primary difference is it can handle 60 strokes per minute or double the CR-50P. It too uses a foot pedal to operate the cutting die.
Akiles Diamond 5 – Electric Corner Rounder (DIAMOND_5)
The Diamond 5 is a tabletop electric round corner cutter machine. It can cut stacks up to 1.97” using an electric motor that is foot pedal activated. It has 3 available dies:
- 1/4”
- 1/8”
- 3/8”
It does not take up much space and is perfect if you are doing larger projects for speedy completion.
Akiles Diamond 6 Round Corner Cutter Machine
The Diamond 6 can cut up to 600 sheets or 20lbs at a time. It has 4 available dies:

- Half Moon
