Paper Jogger That Works
When I first saw the AJ 700 Air-Feed Floor Model Paper Jogger, the only thing I could think of was those vibrating belts hooked to machines you see in old movies that people would use to lose weight. Unfortunately, this machine has less of a sense of humor and is committed to a real exercise – Jogging.
How is it Used?
Before putting your newly printed sheets into a folder or other piece of finishing equipment, you need to remove static electricity and bad alignment that causes misfeeds.
The AJ 700 Air-Feed Floor Model Paper Jogger is ready for sheets 5″ x 7 3/8″ to 12 7/8″ x 17 3/4″ in size, and will force air between them to reduce jogging time and eliminate powder buildup. It will process 1,000 sheets at a time unsupervised, as the AJ 700 also includes a timer function allowing the operator to attend to other jobs.
Why is this important? Simply to ensure your pages feed properly into whatever finishing project you are completing. The most important are it helps reduce any costs associated with waste, or productivity because of a bad feed.
