The way to read it from left to right, you have the Part Numbers and the machines they support. You have the punch pattern which could be 3:1, 2:1, 4:1 or measured in MM. The graphic shows you what the holes look like which could be round, oval, or rectangle. Then finally, you have the hole size and margin of the die.
